Procure and process roughly a dozen types of post-industrial plastic from manufacturers, including ABS, PS, PET, PETG and various co-polyesters, PVC, PE, PP, TPO, PC and Acrylic. We sort and then grind it down to a 3/8” flake or regrind size to be used as the raw material ingredients in tomorrow’s plastic products.

Batch blend and thoroughly mix and then extrude re-ground raw materials into a reprocessed and compounded pellet that competes with prime resin but at a more attractive price.

Extrude 100 % recycled raw materials into profiles and edging that line gardens, lawns, driveways and walkways, rooftop gardens and packaging goods that are marketed in part to contractors, greenhouses and landscapers through a long-time Midwest edging partner.

Additionally, conduct secondary, post-extrusion fabrication to meet the needs of the edging and packaging customers throughout the United States and into foreign countries such as Japan, Middle East, South America and Europe.
